There once was a Gardener who purchased a plot of land because He sought to create a beautiful garden, one with many blooms, as His vision for this particular field looked nothing like any other He had built before.
So while His plan would take many years to construct, nonetheless, He began establishing a few beds along the garden’s eastern most boundary. He knew that to see His dream for this land come to pass, these first smaller plots had to be seeded so that, from its blooms, the other beds would be propagated with new sprouts.
Then, one by one, each bed was sown until the entire field was covered with patches of brightly colored buds. Although each region was of a different hue and texture, when combined they made up a beautiful tapestry, one that depicted a picture of harmony and peace.
However, as with any flourishing garden, weeds are bound to crop up and threaten the health of the entire bed. Yet because this Gardener has kept a watchful eye upon His property, and though some infestations have occurred, with some taking a bit longer to eradicate than others, still none have been able to completely overtake this garden. Some onlookers have attributed the success of this field to simple luck, yet others know that if it weren’t for the Gardener’s continuous involvement, this land would never have become so strong and vibrant, as His constant turning and watering has kept the soil from hardening.
Currently, a new invasion of weeds has infiltrated His garden, where this time around, these creeping greens can be found in each of His beds. In a few of these plots, only a small portion of the square footage has been contaminated by this parasitical plant, while the blooms in other beds are almost fully entangled in the grip of its viny stems. Although this species of weed may appear to be new, this particular kind has been around since the fall of man. However, because its vines produce some flowery blooms, it’s often mistaken for just another perennial in the garden.
Unfortunately, it’s aggressive in nature and seeks to choke the life out of those stems freely standing: those flowers which were meant to mature as individual blooms in each bed. But because this weed is somewhat camouflaged, quite a few of the younger buds have thought nothing of welcoming it in. Even some of the more mature shoots who should be able to discern where this viny weed comes from, have not only tolerated it, but have accepted it into their beds.
The Gardener, however, is not content to leave His garden in such disarray, and so, with a firm hand, He has begun pulling up this invasive plant. But like every good greenskeeper knows, in order to stop the infestation the soil must be purged of any evidence that the weed existed. For unless He is thorough, it will only spring back up at a later date.
To ensure Himself of success, the Gardener has started moving from bed to bed, combing through each row of stems to find every trace of this leaching plant. So while some blooms in the garden understand this turning and tilling must be done, many others just want Him to leave well-enough alone. Yet unless the Gardener continues to do His work, what He planted long ago will die off because it was overrun by the weeds that have crept in, creating a virtual wasteland in a field that was meant to be overflowing with life. So then, regardless of how uncomfortable the process, His blooms must not become disheartened when they sense the increased pressure of the Gardener’s hand upon their soil, for He is tugging up and cutting off each contaminated area of soil.
Therefore, let My children who live in this nation, regard the days ahead as holding this perspective, for I have come to rid their land of the infestation of communistic weeds which are attempting to take over. This is why so much agitation has been seen everywhere, as I am exposing that which has been secretly breeding in certain parts of the nation, especially in those states where a more progressive worldview has been embraced.
Then, My dear children, in the coming weeks when more upheaval is seen in your streets, remember the One who planted this garden is at work clearing the land of this distasteful weed. Don’t be shocked by what you see and hear, for those who have aligned with this demonic force are only reacting to the immense pressure My hand is applying to their lives.
And don’t become fearful even when it appears to you that I have lost the battle, for not a single one of My children can see the full scope of the war. Then continue to hold your ground, and don’t give in to doubt, wilting over like a flower that has had very little water or sun. Immerse yourself in My presence and keep contending, for this is the season to finally rid America of this progressive weed of communism once and for all.
“For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.” Isaiah 61:11
