The left and the right appear to be in a fight, for neither party can seem to agree about who should lead this fair land. So while the bluer side has dug their heels in on a certain candidate, the side which is red wants to see the sitting president remain in office.
The winter frost and springtime flowers have faded away, for this nation has fully entered the season of searing heat and scorched fields.
Summer was sent with its extreme temperatures to melt away anything leftover from the last seasons planting: those old stalks which shall no longer produce any new growth. A time of winnowing is indeed upon this nation, for My hand has come to separate the chaff from the wheat, and those who do not put their trust in Me shall surely feel the intensity of this hour. Although all who dwell in this land are now found on the threshing floor, those who have remained faithful to Me shall be caught up in the wind of My Spirit when He blows away all that is useless, and breathes in the new life I have ordained for this generation. For the separating force of this strong wind is not meant to cause harm, but to usher in the much-needed change to My Church.
How many have said, “I follow Jesus!”, only to find that they’ve been proven to be liars? For some who call themselves “Christian” are nothing more than wolves in sheep’s clothing: those who have snuck in among My flock, portraying themselves as believers, yet in their hearts have never chosen to accept My Son as Savior.
It is by the virtuous nature of My blood that mankind may know the value of complete forgiveness, for it is My righteousness imputed to the despondent soul which revives his heart with eternal hope.
While other states are beginning to reopen, the ‘Golden State’ shall remain shut down a bit longer, for the Governor has had a vendetta against the current president, and is using this virus as a way to unseat him from office; for there are those who dwell in Washington that are willing to destroy the lives of many citizens if it means preventing his re-election. So then those who are suffering and on the brink of losing everything are just counted as losses in the political game being played.
The trade winds have been blowing hard against this country sending the manufacturing lines out of this nation and into faraway lands causing multiple plants who employed a large group of Americans to be much fewer in number. Those who depended on these corporations as their source of income have been given notices that their positions are obsolete and that they are no longer needed. These who have been laid off must find work elsewhere, which usually means taking a job at a rate cut in their pay, as loyalty is now only found going one direction, and coming from those workers who dedicated many years of their lives to help build these companies which are turning them out on the street just so profit margins can increase.
Then expect the enemy to answer with a counterpunch, for he is about to hit back against the Church, those who have been fighting him out in the open, for these have dropped their fists just enough for him to land a hard blow that will send many teetering as if they were about to lose their balance and fall over.
Like an animal that has entered its den for the winter, many church leaders are content to spend these days in hibernation, secluded from the world around, and unaffected by any commotion going on outside their church walls. For here in their burrows, they can hide away from the stormy weather that is sure to arrive in this season. And although a biting wind is about to blow across this land, these overseers have decided it best to stay nestled away and sleep through the tempest that’s brewing, for their main concern is their own comfort, creating an ambivalence towards those who live outside their snug hideaways.
Atop the high hill where I am seated, all of man’s comings and goings are plainly visible, without any of his dealings hidden from My sight. And though people may be able to fool each other, no one can ever put anything past Me, for My eye has always discerned rightly what is in the heart of each person who has ever lived on the earth.
Once again it is with symbolic gestures and protest signs which many are using as a means to combat a societal scourge; “bringing awareness” being the common phrase mentioned when describing their role in the battle. For then these can feel a sense of satisfaction inside, that they, too, are a part of the fight to end human trafficking, without actually having to get off their couch.
