It is the responsibility of the Beloved to pray for this nation. For though some may disagree with the direction she is heading, unless they walk with Me, they do not possess the authority to change her current trajectory.
The drop in gas prices shows what is coming just ahead; for companies who buy and sell oil are about to lose their shirts in a very real way because this once thriving industry is now feeling the effects of the government shutdown, where the vats of their product are sitting untouched as very few are consuming gasoline during this season.
The governor of this state tinged with blue has been expecting protests to spring up in his communities, and for this reason, he has colluded with certain social media giants to shut down any dissenting voices who have spoken out against his plans to keep this bluer state locked down longer than needed.
Though this governor is using the ‘spreadability’ of this illness as an excuse to lengthen the quarantine, his real motivation has nothing to do with the virus. And though many citizens haven’t been fooled by the gloomy picture being painted about this contagion and its rate of infection, there are still some who are listening to the voices of alarm being heard around this nation; those who haven’t discerned the bigger agenda behind the continued closures. Because these citizens want to believe most media sources are reliable, and that the narratives presented are true, it hasn’t occurred to them they are being duped.
The first onslaught of the enemy’s attack, sent mainly through the virus, didn’t accomplish what he was expecting. Because he saw that quite a few of My children were asleep at the wheel, he thought it would be easy to keep the wave of revival I am sending (which he knows is about to appear) from hitting this land. However, since the hysteria has quieted in most of the population, the enemy is afoot trying to stir up a sense of panic in the hearts of the people again. And so, in order to stop My plan to send these refreshing waters over this country, he has pressured some in national leadership to further his schemes of inflicting more hardship on the people of this land.
I am the source of true Hope; it can only be found in Me. Why would a man put his trust anywhere else? If I hold the future in My hand, then surely this Hope comes from Me.
And since Hope originates from Me, it has enough force to heal the wounded and broken fragments of a heart, creating the space within for My presence to dwell. Then, Hope has the strength to drive out any lies or fearful thoughts, rendering despair and discouragement powerless.
The bottom line to any situation is My good and perfect will.
So then, who has sought Me to hear My position on where to stand and what to do with this current issue now prevalent in the world? Many assume they know My mind just from reading the Scriptures, but often there are specific directions germane to each situation. And though I give guidance with certain passages and verses, to fight effectively often requires more detailed instructions. Then, when mankind encounters a problem without a clear answer, where he seems stuck in a ditch without a rope or any hope of rescue, it’s My uncanny ways that should be sought first and then considered the final word of resolution.
Often people want to draw a moral equivalence between two different sides of the aisle, where one party believes the other’s stand is ethically wrong and so goes about spewing rhetoric designed to paint their opponent in the worst possible light. Oh, the foolishness of man! For there are those who are looking to gain power even if it means slandering a neighbor so that the majority in their community will believe the most salacious stories told about another.
Down to the ground, he sank, his knees buckling under the strain he suffered as sorrow and grief took control of his heart, devastated by the sudden news he had received.
Without planning for its appearance, sadness stepped in at that hour, bringing dark tidings with an improper introduction, giving no advanced notice or early warning, nothing to signal heartbreak would be coming. Absent of manners, pain rushed in taking over his world like an unwelcome guest, as one not well received, yet with plans for an extended stay, hoping to remain for quite a while.
The longitude and latitude of your life have already been set, predetermined in the annals of time, with each movement figured in covering the span of years; every occurrence notated and woven into My plan, with all actions observed (for with Me, nothing goes unseen). Every step you will make has been brought to My attention. So, I have taken the proper care to ensure that within each of your days lies the opportunities to join with My will, where you are given the choice of agreement to put into action your belief in who I am as the One true Father and Lord over everything.
True contentment is not found in your surroundings or the things you own. It is found in Me, in who I am, by the one who seeks to dwell in the sanctuary of My presence; whose eyes are fixed above the temporal things of this life. For now, their sights are focused upon the place where I dwell, as if entering a safe harbor with quiet waters and tranquil seas; guided into port by the soft whisper of My voice (which always points to the perfect place of entry as the corridor for discovering inner peace) where the cares of this world can be abandoned, left behind in the rough seas of struggle, cast aside as if thrown out into the waves.
