About Me:

My journey with God had been a fairly typical one, ever since I was a little girl. Until recently, it involved Sunday services, working with Children’s Ministries, and going on a handful of Ministry trips abroad. As a wife and mother of 4 great kids, and now 3 grandchildren, that makes for a pretty full schedule. But I’ve discovered something amazing: that being open and available to whatever God has in mind for me brings an exciting dimension of adventure to life.
One day, He asked me if I was willing to get up before the sun and diligently seek Him, to listen for His voice, and be prepared to respond to whatever He would ask of me. Of course I answered, “yes”.
So, God took me deeper into His presence. He called me to be His “Scribe”, and He asked me to start a blog.

About Letters:

This blog, “My Daily Letters”, contains what I hear God saying to me in those hours we spend together. Those handwritten journals where I document what He says to me, have become the blog posts you are able to read. The longer interactions I have in His presence He has asked me to call “Letters”, as in, “Letters from the King”. These are all meant to be delivered daily to anyone and everyone! Some letters cover topics of a personal nature, some are general in scope, while still others can be very specific. They touch upon a wide variety of topics, because, after all, He loves His creation and everything about it, and wants to be an intimate part of all its facets!

About Postcards:

Shorter, more concise “letters” I receive from Him are a more recent development. So I’ve come to call them “Postcards”. You’ll find that in those words, He gets right to it, which for many in our fast-paced, information society, is just how they like it: short, sweet, and to the point. But, don’t let their brevity fool you, as I’ve found they’re meaty and lean…not quite a meal, but more than a snack.
